We have joined forced with The Wedding dolls to create a first-of-it’s kind offering to our marquee couples.  Traditionally, couples hire our marquees and are then left to navigate various logistics themselves.  We care about the planning and set up process and feel sometime aspects get overlooked creating unnecessary stress which is not what anyone wants for their big day, this is why we feel this partnership matters.

The Wedding Dolls are offering a complimentary planning session to all new clients booking in 2026 & 2027 to help guide them through:-

  • The practical realities of planning an outdoor marquee wedding
  • Site logistics – access, power, catering flow, weather contingencies and guest experience
  • What actually need to be planned, hired or coordinated
  • Timings, supper management and the all important wedding day running order

Their expert knowledge will give guidance, reassurance and clarity from the very start!  We are biased, but marquee weddings are magical, but behind the scenes never totally simple.  In most cases you are creating a whole venue from scratch – exciting but possibly overwhelming – it is effectively a large scale project that needs managing.
